At Outfit Namibia, we’re passionate about helping fitness enthusiasts and health-conscious individuals stay in shape while enjoying the beauty of nature. Founded by Rowan Carstens, an Athlete and Karate Sensei, our Namibian fitness brand is dedicated to creating a health and fitness movement across the country.
Our journey began in 2012 with an outdoor gym in Rowan’s backyard, where he introduced functional training and self-made equipment that quickly became our signature. Over the years, we expanded our offerings to include Superfoods, Dairy-Free Smoothies, and even opened a health food deli called Earth Deli. Outfit Namibia became synonymous with functional training, healthy living, and outdoor fitness.
In 2022, we took a big leap and moved to a new location on the outskirts of Ludwigsdorf. Here, we created Namibia’s first Outdoor Gym, nestled on private farmland surrounded by majestic mountains and captivating bushveld. We also introduced the Nautilus gym range imported from Germany, featuring unique equipment, free weights, and a dedicated deadlift platform for muscle building, strength training, and targeted muscle group workouts.
Our Gym boasts an adult-sized Jungle Gym and a variety of functional training gear, including ropes, chains, nets, jerry cans, weights, and truck tires. It’s a playground designed to challenge and inspire you in every session.
