The Outfit Gym is Namibia’s premium outdoor functional and strength training gym by Rowan Carstens. Outfit Gym was newly launched in 2022 and expanded from its original concept as an outdoor gym to a state-of-the-art training facility for fitness fanatics of all age and fitness levels. From trained athletes and bodybuilders to women and children looking for a relaxed environment to become fit and strong, Outfit Gym is a one stop shop for all things fitness.
